Address the damages
This startling mistake in communication made by the City had the neighbors aghast as they found their once beautiful antique street lamps which graced the medians in the Old North End neighborhood replaced by big holes with wires coming from the ground and no light providing neighborhood safety.

Identify Requirements
The fundraiser needed to reach all the residents in the neighborhood as quick as possible and first priority was setting up a tax free donation link with GiveWP plugin.

Implementation
The Board was given several domain name options and, upon making their decision I purchased and registered the domain and set up a CPanel and within days the site was up and donations coming in.

Get the community involved
Through Camtasia and Vimeo software, recorded and posted local meetings discussing the status and answering questions.
I spoke to other non-profit I support and all of them offered to post on their websites and reach out to their donors. with Mailchimp..
SUCCESS
Light Returns!
This past June the city turned out to celebrate the lamps now restored, repainted and electric updated. $20,000 was raised and light was restored to The Old North End.
